good stay but a few small tweaks needed
The room was surprisingly spacious compared to other places in the area! The friendly staff offered great local dining suggestions. We appreciated the convenience of the nearby boulangeries and restaurants. It really enhanced our Paris experience. The lovely city view from the room added a nice touch to our mornings.
The bathroom felt a bit cramped for our liking.

The location near Nation Metro is fantastic. Clean and tidy rooms added to the comfort, along with helpful staff. The breakfast was reasonably priced, fueling my day of exploring. The small room size felt a bit cramped, especially for two. I found it hard to regulate the shower temperature. It fluctuated quite a bit. Thin walls let in some noise from neighboring rooms and the street, which disrupted my sleep occasionally. Despite some challenges, I appreciate the charm and convenience this hotel offers.

Location is nice. Choice of restaurants, close to bus, RER and metro station.
Very if not too small room. No fridge, no airco. Wifi did not work during three days stay. Very small bed.

The double room we stayed was not very spacy but its big enough for two people who don't like to walk around the room. We stayed at the 5th floor, elevator is fine, there is no noise when you close the window even though it is situated over a quite noisy avenue. Overall, the hotel is a very good choice since it is very very close to the metro and rer and it is very convenient for sightseeing.

The wifi was on a vacation of its own, and the double doors really tested my patience. Who knew entering my room could feel like a challenge course?

The hotel is just 70 meters away from the underground station (Nation) and with RER A line you can get in the very center of Paris (Les Halles) in only 5 minutes. Rooms are comfortable and adequately spacious (with respect to other hotels in Paris)
The rooms (at least mine!) lack of an adequate sound proof. The first night, I was wake up by voices coming from next room.

I loved how the hotel was just a 2-minute walk from Nation station. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, providing all the essentials for a comfortable stay, and I appreciated the daily cleaning services. The friendly reception staff were always available at any hour for tips and guidance. The bathroom was a bit cramped for my liking was great.

They were trying to improve to hotel by making some modification during my stay. It's close to 3 metro stations.
The room smell so much like cigars, and nothing we did remove the smell, sprays, perfumes, nothing... Because it was new years the room was way too expensive for what it was...
